Shipping Most orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Sacramento, CA. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via e-mail if an item is out of stock. Items cannot be placed on backorder. Shipping times depend on your location. Approximate shipping times range from 3 – 7 business days, and can be estimated on UPS.com. Your order will be shipped standard service unless you select an alternative. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order. We ship using UPS ground in the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the contiguous 48 states or to P.O. Boxes at this point in time, but check back in with us soon as we hope to do so in the future! The cut-off time for expedited shipping is Monday-Friday, 10 am Pacific Time. For orders received after 10 am or on a holiday or weekend, expedited shipping time frames will begin on the next business day. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or to PO boxes. Returns / Refunds Our goal at Rue Whistle is complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return unused items (in their original condition) within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost or refund the price of purchase. After 30 days, we can replace orders but are unable to offer refunds. The process:
1. To get your prepaid shipping return label, please send an email to returns@ruewhistle.com with “Return” as the subject line. You will be emailed a UPS shipping label to print off. 2. Include your sales receipt in the box. 3. We would also appreciate a short note explaining your reason for return so we can improve our services in the future. 4. Place the shipping label on your box, drop it off at any UPS store, or give it to any UPS driver. If you would like to send your return via an alternate method, feel free to do so. However, Rue Whistle can only cover shipping costs for returns shipped via the method described above. To ensure your package arrives safely, please send your return by one of these traceable methods: UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to include your sales receipt with your return. Ship returns to: Once we receive your return package and sales receipt, we’ll process any credits or refunds within 10 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed. Rue Whistle can only accept returns from products purchased through ruewhistle.com. Can't find your sales receipt? Any questions or concerns about products and services should be directed to returns@ruewhistle.com. Our customer service hours are: Monday-Friday 10 am – 4 pm Pacific Time. Cancellations Any order placed on-line has a 24-hour cancellation window. A notification to orders@ruewhistle.com with the entire order pasted into the email and the word “Cancellation Notice” in the subject line must be received within 24-hours of order placement in order to cancel. |
